Description

Purchase Agreement & Disclaimer

Thank you for your interest in my items. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing, you agree to be bound by this disclaimer.

Item Collection: All items must be collected by the buyer in-game. The designated meeting point is Area 18 on the planet ArcCorp. The seller is not responsible for coordinating delivery to any other location.

Inherent Risks & "Alpha" Status: Star Citizen is currently in an Alpha development state. As such, the game is subject to bugs, crashes, patches, and database wipes ("wipes") from Cloud Imperium Games (CIG). These events can result in the permanent loss of in-game items, including those purchased from this store.

No Warranty or Guarantee: All items are sold on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the longevity, stability, or permanent existence of the item in your inventory.

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Once the in-game currency (aUEC) has been transferred and the physical item has been delivered to the buyer in-game, the transaction is complete. The seller will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or replacements for items lost due to:

Game patches or updates.

Database wipes initiated by CIG.

Game bugs, glitches, or server instability.

Player error after the trade is complete.

You are purchasing at your own risk.
