Org storefronts and white-label

Every org on SC Market has a storefront: its page at sc-market.space/contractor/<your Spectrum ID>. It opens on your shop, featured listings, services, trust stats (completed orders, rating, members), reviews and, if your org is on SC Orgs, a recruiting card. It's free, and it stays public.

White-label puts that storefront on your org's own address, yourorg.sc-market.space, styled with your org's colors and logo. Visitors browse, buy and talk to your team there with their normal SC Market account.

Set up your storefront

Open your org's manage area and the Storefront tab. Its checklist takes you through each step: verify the org through its RSI page, open the org's shop, add a first listing, connect Discord so orders land in your server, and invite members.

What branding unlocks

Branding unlocks by itself once your org is RSI-verified and active on SC Market. The Storefront tab shows whether it's unlocked and, if not, what's still missing. It adds:

• Your theme: colors for dark and light mode, card and nav styles, corner rounding and a favicon. See customize your white-label theme.

• On your subdomain: your logo and name in the sidebar, page titles with your org's name, and a market that only shows your org's listings.

• Site settings: make the subdomain public or members-only, and pick the page visitors land on.

• Sidebar tabs: hide the market sections you don't use, and add your own links to the sidebar.

• The Manage Theme permission: it appears in your role editor, so you can choose who edits the look.

Everything else, such as listings, orders and stock, works the same as on sc-market.space.

Get your subdomain

Subdomains are yourorg.sc-market.space. Staff set them up:

1. Choose Enquire about a branded storefront in the Storefront tab. It opens the SC Market Discord.

2. Tell us your org's Spectrum ID.

3. We set up the address with you.

Only sc-market.space subdomains are available for now, not domains of your own.

Put your storefront on your own site

The Storefront tab has Get embed code: a small widget with your org's card or its listings, to paste into your org's website. It's read-only. It shows your public listings and stats, and every link opens SC Market in a new tab.

What visitors see

• Your theme and favicon. On sc-market.space your org's pages keep the standard SC Market look.

• When they open the home page, your chosen landing page, otherwise your org's page. In members-only mode they go to their Assigned to Me page instead.

• Search engines are pointed at the matching sc-market.space page, so your org's page there keeps the ranking. Members-only mode applies only on your subdomain: your storefront on sc-market.space stays public.

• In members-only mode, a sign-in screen with your org's name. They sign in with Discord or Citizen iD, just like on sc-market.space.

• Help & Guides and About in the sidebar and footer open on sc-market.space in a new tab. The guides always live on the official site.

What only works on sc-market.space

For account safety, some actions are blocked on white-label addresses. Do them on sc-market.space instead:

• API tokens, sign-in sessions and two-factor settings.

• Email, linked accounts, data export and push notification setup.

• Org roles, org ownership transfer, shop transfer and webhooks.

Who can do what

• Set up the subdomain: SC Market staff, on request.

• Edit the theme: members with Manage Theme. The Owner and Admin roles have it.

• Change the site settings and sidebar tabs: members with Manage Org Details.

Each section of the tab only shows to members with the permission it needs, so a member with just one of the two sees only their part.
